These Small Group Reformer classes are a low impact exercise that strengthens and lengthens the entire body. Throughout the class, your focus is on engaging your body’s “powerhouse” while maintaining alignment and balancing the body with accurate muscle engagement. We believe that small group training is the key to your success. This is why we limit our classes to 5 participants.

Mondays - 6, 8 and 9am

Tuesdays - 6, 7, 8 and 9am (10am starting this Spring) and 4 and 5pm

Wednesdays - 8 and 9am

Thursdays - 6,7, 8:30 and 9:30am and 5pm (Student Athlete Class at 3:30pm

Friday - 6, 7, 8, and 9am (10am coming this Spring)

Saturdays - 8:30am

This 30 minute Mat Pilates Class is a full body session designed to improve posture, boost flexibility, strength and overall fitness level. This express class delivers an effective workout that leaves you feeling stronger, centered, and energized. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered.
