Pure Fit

Pure Fit is an interval based workout that combines the many benefits of Pilates with the use of the Row Machine, TRX system and other strengthening exercises to give you a full body, calorie burning workout!

Monday at 8:30AM and 5PM

Wednesday at 9:30am

Mat PIlates

Mat Pilates in a low-impact fitness class that consists of a series of controlled movements that help build strength, flexibility , body control and balance. The main purpose of Pilates is to increase you body’s “Powerhouse”, a Pilates term that refers to your abdominal and back muscles, hips, gluts and pelvic floor. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and energized and ready to take on the day!

Open Air Fitness

Take your workout on the move! This 50 minute, high caloric burn workout uses the fundamentals of Pilates and functional movements to increase heart rate and build lean muscle. This small group setting will meet at the studio and warm up as we go down the path to Lakefront Park. At the park, we’ll have fun in the sun as we move our bodies.
