At Pure Joy Pilates we offer private and semi-private training programs. We utilize the pilates reformer, suspended training systems, ballet barre and mat exercise. Pilates focuses on specific muscle groups and each exercise requires constant muscle control and mind/body connection. This is why we believe one-on-one attention is the key to your success.
